The Lone Peak Police Department offers court order, digital, live scan and Ink based fingerprinting services. Other fingerprints services offered are for Background Checks, Field Trip, Volunteer, Mission, Conceal Carrier Permits and Licensing for In and Out of State requirements. This is by appointment only. For appointments, please call (801) 772-4530. On average an appointment is approximately a half hour, so plan accordingly.

Identification
A Government issued picture identification that is valid with individual name, date of birth, personal identifiers is required to ensure proper identification.

Live Scan
Individuals needing live scan fingerprints that will be transmitted electronically must bring the Live Scan Authorization Forms. This form must include Billing Code and statutory reason for fingerprints.
Helpful hints: If your prints are harder to process, it’s suggested to drink plenty of liquids and moisturize your hands the days leading to your appointment. If you had issues in having to go to multiple agencies to obtain legible prints you will want to make an appointment directly with the Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) directly.
